Powertrain engineering and trackside experience in elite circuit racing, building deep expertise in engine performance, calibration, reliability and race operations.
RALLY & RALLYCROSS
Engine development, calibration and competition support across demanding international programmes and rapidly changing operating conditions.
2013–PRESENT | HYUNDAI MOTORSPORT
Progressed to Head of Powertrain, with responsibility spanning ICE, hybrid systems and batteries, dyno and track operations, diagnostics, failure analysis and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
2022 | TEAM PRINCIPAL — HYUNDAI MOTORSPORT
Led Hyundai Motorsport through the first season of the hybrid Rally1 era. The team achieved five victories — Hyundai’s record number of wins in a single WRC season — together with a historic first-ever podium sweep in Greece and 15 podium finishes overall.
